Mohammad is responsible for overseeing the selection, procurement, and installation of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment for a Project. He has experience in different sectors of construction like Industrial, commercial, residential, and Corporate. Liaquat is also responsible for conducting market research to identify potential suppliers for OS&E products, developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of OS&E supplies, negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and pricing, and managing vendor relationships to ensure quality products, timely delivery, and ongoing service. Liaquat has perfectly executed various prestigious regional projects and has a lot of experience working in this industry.
